Drug susceptibility prediction for HIV Protease strains

This Web service predicts the susceptibility for one or more mutations in HIV protease to seven drugs (amprenavir, atazanavir, indinavir, lopinavir, nelfinavir, ritonavir, and saquinanvir). The predictions are based on the model described in:

M. Lapins, M. Eklund, O. Spjuth, P. Prusis, and J.E.S. Wikberg.

XMPP service

Input: Sequence of 99 amino acids.
Output: Array of predictions together with metadata

URL access (REST-like)

This service can be used to show results for mutations based on a simple URL, producing a Web page with results.

Base URL: http://ws1.bmc.uu.se:8080/hivdrc/predict
Parameter: mutations=POS+AA where POS is position of mutation and AA is the mutated amino acid in single letter code. Several mutations are separated by comma.
Example URL: http://ws1.bmc.uu.se:8080/hivdrc/predict?mutations=36I,88S,60E

Drug susceptibility prediction for HIV Reverse Transcriptase strains

This Web service predicts the susceptibility for one or more mutations in HIV Reverse Transcriptase (RT) to eight drugs (Lamivudine, Abacavir, Zidovudine, Stavudine, Zalcitabine, Didanosine, Emtricitabine, and Tenofovir ). The predictions are based on the model described in:
